Text me anytime, bring me along to doctor's visits, and I'll check in after your appointments so you never feel like you're guessing.

Maybe you've read every book and still feel unsure. Maybe your appointments feel rushed and you leave with more questions than answers. Maybe this is baby number three and you want this birth to feel different.
Wherever you're starting from, I'll meet you there. There are no stupid questions and no wrong hopes for your birth. My goal is simple: when labor begins, I want you to feel informed, confident, and ready for whatever comes.

For the past five years, I've had the honor of walking beside families through some of the biggest, messiest, most beautiful moments of their lives. I'm calm when things get intense, I'll make you laugh when you need it, and I love your baby (why else would I make it my job to stay up with them all night?).
About Phases is for everyone. Immigrant families, LGBTQ+ families, Black and brown parents, first-timers, and parents on baby number five: there's a place for you here. I support families in English and Spanish, and I always make room for your partner, too.
