About Phases provides prenatal, birth, and postpartum doula services to families in the greater Boston area and across the South Shore. From prenatal planning to labor support to overnight newborn care, I bring five years of experience, a calm presence, and a whole lot of heart and joy to every phase. I support families in English and Spanish, and everyone is welcome here.

PRENATAL SUPPORT
Get ready for baby’s arrival with someone in your corner. I’ll hold your hand through building your birth plan, talking through your options, and making sure your partner feels prepared too.
BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT
POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT
Hospital, birth center, or home, I'm there through every hour of labor and stay at least two hours after your baby arrives to help with feeding and settling in.
Daytime support and overnight newborn care so you can rest and heal. I'll care for your baby, help with feeding, and help around the house, so you get to enjoy your baby and recover more quickly.

For the past five years, I've had the honor of walking beside families through some of the biggest, messiest, most beautiful moments of their lives. I'm calm when things get intense, I'll make you laugh when you need it, and I already love your baby (why else would I make it my job to stay up with them all night?).
About Phases is for everyone. Immigrant families, LGBTQ+ families, Black and brown parents, first-timers, and parents on baby number five: there's a place for you here. I support families in English and Spanish, and I always make room for your partner, too.
