As a doula serving Boston, Weymouth, and the South Shore, I support immigrant families from all over the world with warmth, patience, and respect for the traditions you bring with you. I speak English and Spanish, and I'll help you feel understood every step of the way.

Maybe your mom, sisters, or aunties are an ocean away, and this is the first time you're doing something this big without them. Maybe the way things work here feels very different from what you know. Maybe you just want someone who gets it.
I've supported families from all over the world, and every one of them taught me something. My job is to be the steady, caring presence your village would be, to respect the way you want to welcome your baby, and to make sure you never feel like an outsider in your own birth story.

For the past five years, I've had the honor of walking beside families through some of the biggest, messiest, most beautiful moments of their lives. I'm calm when things get intense, I'll make you laugh when you need it, and I love your baby (why else would I make it my job to stay up with them all night?).
About Phases is for everyone. Immigrant families, LGBTQ+ families, Black and brown parents, first-timers, and parents on baby number five: there's a place for you here. I support families in English and Spanish, and I always make room for your partner, too.
