SIBLING DOULA SUPPORT
A new baby changes everything for the kids who were here first. As a sibling doula serving Boston, Weymouth, and the South Shore, I help your older children feel prepared, included, and cared for, before, during, and after the birth, so you can focus on welcoming your newest little one. Support is available in English and Spanish.

I give big siblings one-on-one attention and help them find their place in the family, so no one feels left out.
EVERY CHILD DESERVES TO FEEL SEEN
I know you want your older child or children to bond with baby right away - and I do too! Having a new baby sibling can feel like a lot to an older sibling. Your child’s support system is tired, sore, and almost totally focused on the tiny new life that just entered the picture. No matter how well you prepare your kids, this transition can be hard on them.
That’s completely normal. But as a sibling doula, I’m here to make that transition feel easier, make sure your older child or children feel supported through it, and give the best chance at falling totally in love with baby from day one.

For the past five years, I've had the honor of walking beside families through some of the biggest, messiest, most beautiful moments of their lives. I'm calm when things get intense, I'll make you laugh when you need it, and I love your baby (why else would I make it my job to stay up with them all night?).
About Phases is for everyone. Immigrant families, LGBTQ+ families, Black and brown parents, first-timers, and parents on baby number five: there's a place for you here. I support families in English and Spanish, and I always make room for your partner, too.
