IT CAN FEEL LONELY WITHOUT SUPPORT IN YOUR OWN LANGUAGE
Giving birth far from family, or in a language that isn't your own, can feel lonely. Maybe your mom is in another country, or it's hard to explain to your doctor what you're feeling.
I understand. When my baby was born, I did la cuarentena and only really got out of bed to shower. I know how much it means to have someone who respects your traditions, cares for your partner and family, and speaks your language when you need it most.

For the past five years, I've had the honor of walking beside families through some of the biggest, messiest, most beautiful moments of their lives. I'm calm when things get intense, I'll make you laugh when you need it, and I love your baby (why else would I make it my job to stay up with them all night?).
About Phases is for everyone. Immigrant families, LGBTQ+ families, Black and brown parents, first-timers, and parents on baby number five: there's a place for you here. I support families in English and Spanish, and I always make room for your partner, too.
